Pullulan standard set may be used as a calibration standard for the quantitative analysis of membrane formation process of alginate–chitosan microcapsules using gel permeation chromatography(GPC).

Components

Kit with carefully selected reference materials to calibrate GPC/SEC/GFC systems. The kit contains standards of the same type, but with different molar masses, a certificate of analysis (CoA) for each standard and an example calibration curve with analytical conditions.The standards need to be weighed before use. Suitable for calibrations in aqueous solutions and DMSO.Kit contains 10 different pullulan standards, each 100 mg, with Mp ranging from ~350 to ~700,000.

General description

Pullulan Standards are mostly used to obtain molecular mass distribution of cellulosic samples. It mainly consists of polymaltotriose units linked together by α-(1→6) linkages.
